After helping a bunch of software and tech companies with cybersecurity (just the tech side of things), I somehow found myself getting hooked on marketing and human psychology.

Not sure exactly how that happened, but I started reading articles and books on the topic—pretty much the opposite of cybersecurity.

Step 4: Send hyper-personalized emails to the decision-makers.

Old way: Manually send emails using your email app or set up a drip campaign in CRMs like GoHighLevel, ServiceMonster, or Jobber.

Your emails usually include your logo, website links, and profile links, and they tend to be long and straight to the pitch, making them feel more like sales blasts than real conversations.

Old result: Most of your contacts never even see your emails because they end up in spam instead of their inbox.

Why? Because including images like your logo and links to your website or profile in your email content before getting an initial response makes it much more likely that your email gets flagged as spam.

Since your emails aren’t even landing in their inbox, the contacts aren’t seeing them, which means they’re not opening or replying—leading to low response rates.
